At Grand Illusion Decorative Painting, Inc., we charge by the square foot. We can supply an estimate for your project, but we do not contract work until a bid is in writing. We give a final bid only on actual field measurements, and approved samples. We try to estimate very accurate numbers to limit up-charges at the end, unless there are unforeseen changes. Prices vary from technique per square foot. There are many additional factors that effect price per square foot (i.e. jobsite accessibility, size of job, travel expenses, and extra equipment). The information listed below is only a general idea of pricing.
